This is a weekly, hour long, session using hockey as a way to keep fit and have fun.  All abilities (age 17+) are welcome.  It is an informal, drop-in session, easy to commit to and a lot of fun.  The focus is on using hockey to stay fit and get out of the house or office, classroom or car for 60 minutes, once a week.  Will suit anyone with a busy schedule (parents, guardians, students, carers, friends).
 
Players need a gum shield and shin guards.  Sticks are provided.
 
Half season is 10 weeks (€60) and full season is 20 weeks (€100).  The sessions will run every Monday from September to April (excl. public holidays and we take a break for Christmas and New Year).
