The third of our three Weston Summer Camps will take place on 10 to 14 August.
 
In this third Camp, to be led by Niall Ryan Doyle, we will follow the same themes as introduced at Camp # 2 but will continue to develop more complex and difficult content. Detailed content will include:
1. Feints, double drags, S and V drags, 3D with a direction change. 
2. Closed, open, flair, and double directional receiving. Advanced long-range passing
3. Different lead types (post-ups, fades, C leads). This will need to be game orientated
4. Advanced goal scoring techniques (backspace shooting, reverse shooting etc)
5. Extra day - Penalty Corners and techniques plus drag flicking
 

While the course is planned to build on earlier Camps we will also be able to accommodate participants who have no previous hockey experience.
 
We will also have a specialist Goalkeeper Camp included in this Senior Camp. This Camp will be led by underage international Leinster U-21 keeper Flourish Olufemi-Ojo and will provide a thorough grounding in all key goal-keeping skills.
